Once a client engages CAPS and provides CAPS with a written release, then CAPS will have permission to contact schools, programs as well as other education institutions on the client's behalf and share information about the client with said institution.If at any time a client determines that they do not wish to have this information shared, they may contact CAPS at 225-931-7518 or CAPSBR.com to request a form to relinquish authority for the release of said information. CAPS does not collect credit card information.

Information provided to CAPS about a client’s educational records are stored in a secure manner in CAPS office and are kept until the client has completed their educational journey. At that time, the documents are shredded with only the parent’s contact information being kept.
